MEET THE PLAYERS
2015 PLAYER OF THE YEAR
From: Poughkeepsie, NY, lives in Lincoln, NE
Position: Forward or Goalie
About: Mark Davis is what we like to consider one of the original godfathers of Nebraska Foosball. A product of the “TS Era”, he has been competing for over 20 years. Is strong as both a forward and a goalie, has been known to break out a heck of a push kick series on the 3bar, and is all around, a well foosball educated man. His foos IQ is strong. As others of Nebraska, has also been a member of the senior squad of Team U.S.A. in the world cup of table soccer. If you happen to spot an RV in the parking lot of a tour event, it’s more than likely Mr. Davis. Loves to travel with his family, good Nebraska folks in deed. Stop and say hello and talk some foosball with them if you see them out and about.

About : A craftsman of the sort, specialist in graphic design, and the architect behind many Nebraska Foosball projects, John Rodriguez is one of the few (original) tic-tac series forwards in Nebraska & has been picking apart defenses all over the state, and the professional tour for over 15 years. Somewhat of a prodigy of the man, the myth, the legend, Louis Cartwright, John was able to define & build his competitive style and edge when he lived in the Las Vegas area, and has since brought it back to Nebraska and established himself as one of the toughest, most unique players in the state.

About: About: Sean has been playing competitive foosball for over 10 years. A bit of a byway of Lincoln, NE for a period of time during the construction of his professional approach to the game, Sean has one nasty cannon pull on the 2 bar, has many finals appearances across the state, and has made significant noise a few times on the pro tour. Has had some time off from the actual pro tour (outside of Nebraska) itself, but we do expect to be seeing him out and about soon. In the meantime, he is still making noise state line to state line, and can be found smashing from the pits at any Nebraska events throughout the year.
